"When I contacted the firm they were able to fit me in the same day. They also took the information of the brand and model number when I called so they were prepared when they arrived. Technician (Grayson) came out at the scheduled time - actually called ahead to let me know that he was running a little early. Nice touch. He spent the necessary time asking me what was going on to determine the solution. In the end it was a simple fix (fan blades had come off the axle of the motor) and it was back in working order. I felt that I was treated honestly and fairly and would highly recommend this firm."

"The technicians showed up on time and quickly evaluated the situation and installed the new condensate pipe. Martin and Ed wee courteous and efficient. "I had originally called another company when my AC started blowing warm air. They came out and checked the unit. They found that the coolant and Circuitry were fine. They next checked the blower. Afterwards, the tech told me what he thought the problem was, but it would cost $1400 to find out. Then I called Blanton. Eddie came out and checked the coolant and circuitry, which were fine. He then checked the blower. After he took the panel off it took him about 3 seconds to find the problem. A switch had shorted causing the heat coils to come on. Essentially, the unit was trying to heat and cool at the same time. He replaced the switch, cleaned the blower fan, the coils, and serviced/cleaned the outside units all for less than what the other tech thought the problem was. I will Continue to use them in the future."
