"Terry was very professional. He called immediately within minutes of receiving the request. He was very positive and optimistic that he could repair our unit (even though it was OLD) and get it back up and running. AND HE DID! He had the necessary parts available on his truck. He arrived promptly during the time he said he would. He was diligent in waiting for the system to start back cooling at levels he was comfortable with. He also recommended maintenance in the future and at our request he completed it he onsite. I would recommend him and we have logged his number for future contact if needed."

  6. Take a coil-safe cleaning solution and spray it onto the coils. Try to choose a no-rinse solution.

  7. Let the solution sit for at least 15 minutes.

  8. Gently wipe away loosened grime and debris with a microfiber cloth.

  9. Reattach the faceplate, plug in your AC system, or turn the breaker back on.
