Richy was always available to answer any question we had, and he would monitor the progress and needs of the project on a daily basis. The removal of the old deck and the ordering and arrival of materials for the new deck happened in a timely manner. The personnel building the deck were professional/polite and very helpful. We are now living out of town and thanks to John we were able to complete work on a condo we own in a very short window of time. He is efficient, very trustable, reliable in every way and extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He leads a very good crew also. In this job, they repaired drywall, replaced baseboards, added new quarter round, redid the entire flooring in the unit, painted, and they were willing to do lifting and moving furniture to accomplish this.
