"I had Amazing Renovations demolish an old deck and build back a new deck with composite decking. After getting the go ahead, Richy (Amazing Renovations) quickly coordinated the logistics. Richy was always available to answer any question we had, and he would monitor the progress and needs of the project on a daily basis. The removal of the old deck and the ordering and arrival of materials for the new deck happened in a timely manner. The personnel building the deck were professional/polite and very helpful. My wife and I were most pleased with the result of their work. Richy and his team left us with a beautiful deck that we will enjoy and cherish for many years to come. In this job, they repaired drywall, replaced baseboards, added new quarter round, redid the entire flooring in the unit, painted, and they were willing to do lifting and moving furniture to accomplish this. "I purchased a 12 X 16 Gazebo from Samâ s Club and was looking for someone to assemble and install. Via Home Advisor, Mr. Luis M. Jimenez of LMJ General Construction LLC contacted me and visited my home to review the gazebo. He obtained the gazebo name and model number and downloaded the assembling instructions provided online (pdf). Once he reviewed the 111 steps guide, he contacted me and provided me a fair quote for the job. In addition, he was able to install the gazebo within five days of contacting me. In conversation with Luis, I also asked what other work his company perform, and he mentioned concrete, carpentry, renovation, etc. I had recently had a concrete patio installed and Luis was able to seal the concrete for me in addition to installing the gazebo. I would highly recommend LMJ Construction LLC for your project. The team arrived timely (8:00 a.m.) on Saturday morning, March 26 (a crew of three) and did an outstanding job assembling the gazebo. After assembling he also cleaned up the work area and stacked the cardboard boxes. I was also satisfied with the sealing of the concrete.
