100% satisfied! Kyle's crew put a new tile floor down in my lanai and I could not be happier. The work was superb, his crew did a wonderful job and left the site sparkling clean. And Kyle was so easy to communicate with. He responded right away anytime I had a question. And the price was very fair. I will absolutely use Sternersen Construction for any future projects!

Had a problem with one of our pocket doors. Kyle arrived as scheduled and showed me how the problem was not with the pocket door track but with the door itself. He was able to solve the problem and made sure that the door worked properly before he left. I think it took him about 45 minutes maybe an hour as the door is heavy. I have added him into my phone in case I have some other jobs for him. I would recommend him. Nice guy.

Klye's communication was awesome a fact I loved. Asked questions to make sure he knew exactly what we wanted & even better he listened. Prompt, friendly, good pricing. He installed a new kitchen sink & faucet and new plumbing under the sink. We also needed wire over the gable vents to keep squirrels OUT. I have alread asked for estimates for three other jobs. Great friendly service, will definitely rehire for additional work. Would recommend to anyone needing a routine or odd end job. My mama moved up from Florida from a first floor entry to a home in Leland Nc. She is wheelchair bound and needed a ramp built to match the height of the stairs the length of the ramp wasnâ t an easy task to handle alone without experience. After a few quotes, Kyle worked with me and my budget to help get the ramp built and bring joy our lives. Thanks again Kyle, you rock!

Pleasant, Precise & Perfection and very PLEASED! Kyle put together a table, hung a very LARGE picture and installed security latch locks on the interior of my apartment door. He also brought a long a helper who was very nice too! They were very neat and clean and it only took an hour of time. I highly recommend Kyle and will definitely hire him again if I need anything else done in my apartment home!
