He is efficient, very trustable, reliable in every way and extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He leads a very good crew also. In this job, they repaired drywall, replaced baseboards, added new quarter round, redid the entire flooring in the unit, painted, and they were willing to do lifting and moving furniture to accomplish this.
