We are now living out of town and thanks to John we were able to complete work on a condo we own in a very short window of time. He is efficient, very trustable, reliable in every way and extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He leads a very good crew also. In this job, they repaired drywall, replaced baseboards, added new quarter round, redid the entire flooring in the unit, painted, and they were willing to do lifting and moving furniture to accomplish this. He gave me an approximate start date and he finished all the work in one day, and did a very good cleanup before he asked me to review his work.
