"Tom Ryan singlehandedly kept us sane last summer when we had to rehabilitate half of a two-family house that had been rented to the same tenant for nearly 20 years. Everything in it needed painting and fixing. Tom and his crew painted all of the interior and some of the exterior, they stripped and re-finished the hardwood floors, and put new linoleum down on the kitchen floor, they painted and sealed the basement. Tom brought in an electrician for some wiring problems and a tile man to fix up the bathroom. Along the way, Tom cheerfully fixed a seemingly endless number of small things in the house -- broken light fixtures, stuck windows, a broken doorbell, mailbox, etc. When he was done, the place looked like a million dollars, and there was actually a bidding war for it among prospective tenants. He is really one of a kind. I can't recommend him highly enough.

"Roberto was the technician and he was very professional, polite, and personable. He inspected the rest of our system and told us things that needed to be changed or repaired. He showed me pictures of everything. Everything he told me about was accurate. He quoted me a price for R38 insulation , Some of our ducts were plastic and he recommended them to be changed. I agreed completely and didn't know they were plastic. I would have had them done the work but I had no price comparisons to make and besides I didn't have the money right then. So he just finished the vent cleaning and left his card. He did a great job on the vent cleaning and was happy with the work."

"ABX Contracting (Chuck and Sal) showed up exactly on time. Chuck determined what it was the guys would be doing, communicated the job to them, then went off to another job. He was replaced by Dave who was the one to be installing the tile. I've one word for the work Dave and Sal did - A-w-e-s-o-m-e!  And not only is the work good, they had me in stitches just about all day, LOL!  I will be calling them again come March for the next project I can't handle (insulation). I would definitely recommend them to others looking for tile work :)
