"I started a DIY project replacing the tread-boards on the front exterior stairway to my house. Once started, I found the stringers (boards that support the treads) were split and pulling away from the house. Now the project was over my head, and I found Mark and IHS Construction through Angi. Mark arrived the following business day to provide an estimate and was able to squeeze my project in the same week. He and his team worked a long day to completely retrofit the staircase with new stringers, treads, and kick-boards while saving the original handrails and balusters. I couldn't be happier with his professionalism, craftmanship, and responsiveness. Five stars!!!"

We are now living out of town and thanks to John we were able to complete work on a condo we own in a very short window of time. He is efficient, very trustable, reliable in every way and extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He leads a very good crew also. In this job, they repaired drywall, replaced baseboards, added new quarter round, redid the entire flooring in the unit, painted, and they were willing to do lifting and moving furniture to accomplish this.
