"We’ve had 2 landscape contracts performed by Frederick Landscaping Inc. The first included paver installation for 2 pads and walkways to them, 15 Sabal Palms, electrical to both pads, 2 lamp posts on each pad, assembly of a gazebo over the jacuzzi, wiring for the jacuzzi, up lights on all of the palms, rerouting existing sprinkler system, etc. The work was done very well and professionally at a fair price (beat out 2 other landscape companies). Justin quickly addressed a couple of issues with the installation and we were very satisfied with the end result. We awarded the second bid to them without competing bids based on how well they did on the first contract."

"I hired Evan Schneider to put 2 cement sidewalks on my property. Evan was great to work with. He came out quickly to my house to give me a quote. He was friendly and professional and knew exactly what needed to be done. The work was scheduled to be done within 2 days. On the day of the project Evan was at my house when he said he would be there and the project was completed very quickly. It was a difficult job with lots of tree roots that he had to cut and remove before he could put the sidewalks in. We are very pleased with the finished sidewalks and highly recommend this company. It’s far more labor-intensive and expensive to demolish a concrete slab before laying down pavers. You’ll need a professional to break up and haul away the concrete, excavate underneath, bring in paver base or crushed gravel, and then level the area with leveling sand before laying the pavers. A new paver patio will cost around $1,000 to $2,000, which is more than laying pavers over a concrete patio, and takes longer to complete.

A paver patio will add more value than a concrete patio. Pavers are a more commonly preferred option from an aesthetic and longevity point of view, so most buyers will be willing to pay more for a paver patio than they would for a concrete one.
