"We hired Regional Foundation & Crawl Space Repairs for a crawl space encapsulation, whole house dehumidifier, joist repair, and sump pump. The salesman was honest and did not try to over sell us on a solution we did not need. The work was done quickly and was of a high quality. We would hire them again."

Also, just to note...the installation team with Tar Heel Basement Systems was excellent. They answered all of my questions and provided daily updates on the installation progress. They provided me with pictures and again answered ALL of my questions and was super patient with me. The work quality was top shelf. I am more than satisfied with the quality of work performed! "Walter and his crew arrived when they said they would, only 2 hours after I called. About an hour later, after a quick diagnosis, my new pump, pipes, wires, pressure switch, and filter were up and running."

"The representative from Modern Plumbing took pictures, explained possible sources and how to figure out the source from use. Once the source was found, described the repair and had it done in 20 minutes with a minimum of fuss. Very impressed with the detailed explanation throughout this issue. FYI, this was done via my Home Warranty, so the cost is not indicative of the actual charges."
