"I was very pleased that they came out on a Saturday morning to do the work. The gentleman that did the work was very pleasant and professional. The cost of the heater was about what I expected. What I didn't expect and was very displeased with was the installation fee. The installation fee was just under the price of the heater, costing me $400.00. I considered that way out of line for the amount of time it took the service man to complete the work (just over 1 hour). I suppose that's my bad for not inquiring into that before the service man came out. It will factor into my decision in the future to whether or not I use them again"

I'm pretty picky and I went down and inspected things myself. There is no way I could have done a good a job as they did. The work these guys do is grueling in unsavory conditions. I had a small issue with the crawlspace door and dehumidifier pump, but both were fixed in short order. In the end I'm happy with how things turned out and I would recommend Tarheel to anyone looking to get their crawlspace encapsulated."
