A&M recently replaced my roof and I am highly satisfied. The process/project from beginning to end moved swiftly and smoothly. The office staff kept in touch telling me every step. The project supervisor on site let me know things dealing with my roof that could not be seen until the shingles were removed. There was a large hole in the wood from standing rain water near my chimney. He sent me a picture and did not repair it without my approval. I will recommend A&M to everyone I know that needs roof replacement. They get 5 stars from me.

A&M worked very quickly to get our roof completed. We signed our papers, talk with insurance, and had a new roof all in a 2 week span! Everything has been exactly as they said it would be! The roofers arrived right on time and were leaving as i pulled in from work!

A&M Premier Roofing has proved me wrong. I was starting to feel like all the contractors were a scam; most of them can be kind of pushy. This is understandable in a tight and crowded market. When A&M Premier project manager Malik M came to me, I was in my deciding stage and he was patient with all my questions and was very professional. We talked about what the steps were because this is the first time I have had to make a claim for my house. He met with the insurance adjuster and helped me through the process. Even when the tech rep Hafsa came to my house we were put at ease that this is a very professional company and the fact that they helped veterans was a plus for me because I myself am a USAF disabled veteran. When the crew got to my house they were very respectful and did a tremendous job with installation and cleanup. We are very happy with the job that A&M Premier has done and will use them in the future for anything else we need.

A&M Premier were great !!!! It was an awesome experience getting our roof replaced with A&M.â ¦ This was our first roof replacement. On day early in the morning, I had seen their signs and trucks around the neighborhood. The very next day one of their sales representative nock on my door and offer me a free inspection without compromise. Yes, freeeee!!!â ¦ That is hard to get these days, so I accepted, and he did it right then, in the spot. Iâ m glad that accepted because they found some damage on my roof. After he finished, we talked about it. He was very patient with me and explained, very clear, the importance of taking care of it and making the repairs or replace of my roof before it would be a big problem that could affect the integrity or the value of my property. Immediately, I called my insurance, the rep talked to the insurance company and agreed to send them the report of the damages. He handled everything with our insurance for us to basically get our roof replaced. Two days after, one of their reps came and explained all the details of the Job from the Job contract, payments up to the chosen of the roof materials and color. She was very kind and lent me some samples, so I could show my wife and decide together. That is going an extra mile !!!. After the initial payment from the insurance company, we were able to schedule our roof replacement that same week. With out realizing it the day arrived and the Work crew arrived at 6:30 AM, started work at sunup; completed job in 1 day. They covered my bushes, plants, and driveway; they moved pots and replaced everything back where they were. The job took almost 12 hours, but the crew were very diligent about working efficiently, taking care of surrounding landscaping. The crew did a fantastic job replacing our roof and cleaning everything up in a single day. I would highly recommend A&M Roofing to anyone that thinks they might need of a new roof.
