Fix It dispatch Mitchell C, who arrived around 10 and went straight to work, Mitchell, was very polite and kept us well informed throughout the repair. He also explained the issue to the manufacturer, over the phone, to assist us with parts reimbursement. We are new to this area and really appreciate the first rate service. Fix It Plumbing will be our first call anytime a plumbing issue arises. Thank you."

I was given dates work would be done but I had to call to find out exact times. I expected a little more communication but, in the end, Tarheel showed up when they said they would, and they did the work they promised. Macai and Fred did a great job encapsulating the crawlspace. I'm pretty picky and I went down and inspected things myself. There is no way I could have done a good a job as they did. The work these guys do is grueling in unsavory conditions. I had a small issue with the crawlspace door and dehumidifier pump, but both were fixed in short order. In the end I'm happy with how things turned out and I would recommend Tarheel to anyone looking to get their crawlspace encapsulated."
