Jeff provided sound information about contacting the manufacturer about the warranty, which led me to call him right back less than 30 minutes later. Fix It dispatch Mitchell C, who arrived around 10 and went straight to work, Mitchell, was very polite and kept us well informed throughout the repair. He also explained the issue to the manufacturer, over the phone, to assist us with parts reimbursement. We are new to this area and really appreciate the first rate service. Fix It Plumbing will be our first call anytime a plumbing issue arises. Thank you."

Tim and his assistant were careful to put on shoe covers in the house and to observe COVID 19 precautions. The job required more complicated plumbing since we have a desuperheater loop from our geothermal heat pump that connects to the water heater; the additional charge for this work was minimal. Tim was here until after 5:00 that evening, with the result that we had hot water over the weekend."
