Jill, our project manager, is one of the absolute hardest working people I know. If she says she’ll be there: she’ll be there. She is ethical and transparent; you never have to worry if you’re getting the best deal she can get you, she just does it automatically. Because that’s who she is as a person and how she treats everyone. The crew did an excellent job on our roof and sun tunnel installation. They took care of our historic home well and were thorough throughout the job with their cleanup, making sure every nail was picked up afterwards and every shingle accounted for. They communicated with us on every step of the process, letting us know when to expect our project to begin and instructions on how the work was going to proceed. The project work was quick and efficient. It took a total of 2-3 days to complete. We love our new sun tunnels! Our new roof couldn’t be more perfect, and we couldn’t be happier with the project as a whole. I would 100% recommend H&F Exteriors.

Peter Chambers was there for us every step of the way. Handled the insurance headaches that occur in all cases. The team at H&F was very good at communication! They even came back a couple days later to make sure everything was cleaned up and ran the magnet again.

Craftsmanship, communication, helping with insurance coverage for hail damage were all top notch. Loved the weekly updates and the time Jill Cochran took with us.

I recently had my gutters replaced on my home and could not be more happy with the final product. Will did a phenomenal job going over the whole process with me from beginning to end. He gave me a timeline and stayed in communication on any updates. H&F beat their timeline by a week. Their staff that worked on the gutters were both professional and courteous. I couldnt find a single piece of trash/debris in my yard after they were finished. I highly recommend Will and the H&F team!

Just wanted to post about my experience with H and F Exteriors. I was referred this company when the Midwest March hailstorm impacted so many people. Jill, the Project Manager, reached out to me to get me scheduled in a timely manner during the busiest time. She made it happen! She reviewed the exterior of the house and got up on the roof and inspecting and documenting everything. She even pointed out some things just for the general health of my gutters and foundation. On our next meeting we reviewed the options for the roof, upgraded fascia, and damaged gutters. I went with black shingles, new black fascia, gutters, and guards to minimize gutter cleaning and maintenance. The company provided a group message with Jill and others to keep me up to date on all the behind the scenes. This involved (insurance, materials, and production teams) who were in constant communication. We picked a date for the new roof and shortly after gutter replacement. The crews of H and F are extremely hard working and finished my roof in a day ..day and a half tops. The gutter job was booked shortly after and completed in half a day if even. I couldnâ t believe it as this season is extremely hot as well. The team ensured any construction debris and nails were cleaned up and removed running magnets up to 3x throughout the process. Thank you for taking care of me and for Jill who went above and beyond. These upgrades have also helped slowing down the traffic on my street as my house stands out in the best way ;) haha but truly ..The house looks like a more upgraded craftsman now. Thank you!

I used H&F exteriors to redo the complete outside of my home. From top to bottom. My windows were the original windows to the home, now that it is summer time, my AC Unit barely runs, no where near to what it use to. From the window installers, to the guys on the roof during the hot day, and the siding guys. The entire team did a great job. I worked with Jill and she was easy to work with. Highly recommended.

Top notch company and customer service exceeded expectations! I can't say enough positive things about H&F Exteriors. From the moment Jill from H&F arrived to assess our roof to the minute our job was completed, we were impressed with the level of communication, customer service and craftmanship. We wouldn't hesitate to use thing company again!

Jill Cochran was communicative, knowledgeable, and timely in giving us a competitive bid for replacing our roof! She answered all of our questions and was able to have our roof repaired quickly before more damage could occur to our home.

H&F Exteriors was awarded a contract in July 2023 to replace porches of my daughter's house (front - partial and back - complete) in St Louis. When initially meeting with H&F's Project Manager, Phillip Raphael, I was impressed with his understanding of what we wanted done. It was clearly reflected in the scope of their bid (compared to other contractors) as well as the schematics which used existing pictures of the porch areas with overlays of planned construction. Less than a week after contract award, he set up a group text with himself, me, my daughter and his Production Team. I have dealt with many contractors - both personally and professionally - and must say the communication throughout the entire project was as good as anything I have experienced. Within a month, the Production Team assumed the lead and provided regular updates on material delivery and construction timing. Phillip continued to touch base periodically as well to ensure things were moving forward satisfactorily. Since I live out-of-town from where the work was being done, he and his Team coordinated everything with my daughter and kept me in the loop on progress. During construction, there were a couple issues my daughter brought to their attention and they were quickly addressed to her satisfaction. At the end of the job, a punch list of a few remaining items was completed, all extra materials were removed and the jobsite was cleaned up without any follow-up needed by my daughter. Needless to say, we were extremely pleased with H&F and will definitely be including them on bids for any future exterior improvements.

Our rep Bryan Fleming was great to work with! We felt very comfortable working with him! He wasnâ t pushy quite the opposite he explained clearly how the project was going to be! The communication between Bryan and the company with us was great! We are so glad we had both our roof and siding done by H&F Very satisfied and will recommend to others!
