STAY AWAY! ABSOLUTELY STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND LIARS! I have never seen people that are trying to rip us off and do a garbage job! the sales man who came to estimate the price of our ?new deck? was such a scammer! He promised all these amazing things and said he?ll do it no problem! But here?s the thing, the contract said otherwise! Tell me why this man said one thing and sneakily didn?t write it down! And the work was horrible, the workers seemed like they wanted to just hurry up and slap the stuff in there! We were promised a whole new ceiling and were presented with a half new ceiling? Um hello, I don?t want one part old and one part new? OH but they want to call us liars and say that they never promised that but they did! IF YOU EVER USE THESE PEOPLE be ready to supervise every little thing they do. THE AMOUNT OF MONEY THAT WE PAID SHOULD BE ILLEGAL FOR THE CRAPPY WORK THEY DID!

Darrin showed us materials we didn’t know existed and assisted in the color choice. Brandon answered all our questions throughout the building process. He was patient and completely understood our anxiety. He thoroughly explained patiently how we would get from point A to the final result.

Midtown was great. They were meticulous in making sure we received the Door and Side Windows that met our needs. They kept us updated frequently on when the installation would take place. The installation crew was efficient and skilled. Everything looks and works perfectly. And their pricing offer was so attractive that we couldn't turn it down. And they offered a 12-month interest-free payback period. We would recommend Midtown in a heartbeat.

6+ Room New Window Service
Where to begin? I had 2 windows replaced. The job was so bad - I had to post online to see if it was normal. Everyone firmly agreed the job was done incorrectly and was a hack job. The first scheduled time for installation, no one showed up or called to let me know no one was showing. Then after waiting over a month to reschedule without a single call or email, I finally had to reach out on a mine own. The final job turned out terrible. Stay away - far away - at least for windows.
