"From A to Z, Start to Finish (and beyond) this company and the people involved in my roof repair were nothing short of remarkable. Nathan Snyder was my sales rep and was Fantastic. Knowledgeable, kind, considerate, no hard pressure sales. He just simply stated facts easily to understand and was with me by follow up throughout the entire process. He sent a stand in to meet with the Insurance agent who was INCREDIBLE, Dillon. I really liked the was in which he spoke to and treated the insurance agent, very kind and very considerate. They worked in partnership easily. I also has the opportunity to meet the owner of the company this day--how great that he took the time to introduce himself. Dillon and Nathan went way beyond to find just the right type and color roofing that I wanted (not n their books, so they were able to obtain what I wanted) How many company's extend themself in this manner? The day of install was done by a very competent, efficient, and friendly crew--after they left you would never know they had been there, other than the wonderful new roof!
