It went really well . I will use them again on another property . However, the foreman did not contact me prior to starting the work , which starting with load roof noice at 6 am . I was disappointment that the foreman did not talk to me all day to let me know if there were additional repairs needed to the roof other than the quoted price. I notified the company to let them know they left very large items in my yard, it has been 3 days and they have not return as they said .

They came on the day they said they would. They could not quite finish the ridge vent because they ran out of supplies. The work was done on a Thursday and they came out and finished the ridge vent on Monday morning. Their price was the best.

It went great. They were quick to come over to give an estimate and kept in touch about when they would do the job. We knew it was a small job which would be fit in between larger ones. That was fine, especially as we did not need to be home and they kept in touch about when they would likely get the job done.

Went very well. Dennis Skyles (owner) returned any phone calls promptly. The roofers were mostly Mexican so the was somewhat of a language barrier but it all worked out. The roofers were very friendly and worked very hard in some very intense heat and only break I saw them take was a lunch break. Roof looks beautiful.

The service was great until the work was done and payment was received. Once it was received, we could not even get hold of the owner to come have a look. The warranty paper was just a piece of junk. There were wires hanging by the side of the house and they left it as such. Till date, we have a left over pole from a satellite dish which they refused to bring down.

"I do not recall me ever refusing to remove a satellite dish from your roof nor do I recall you calling me about the issue, you see every phone call that we receive gets typed up into the computer under that customers name and I can’t find any issues that was typed up from you calling? However if I am mistaken I do apologize, please call my office so we can have the satellite dish removed. We would prefer to remove it if it’s not being used anyway; otherwise it’s just a potential roof leak. As far as our warranties they are not junk, we do stand behind all of or work 100%. As you can see my customers and reviews are very important to me or I would not be responding to this negative review. PS I hope your not mistaken us for the dish company?
