Dan's crew did an amazing job.

Purchased an older home that needed a new roof! We had quite a few bids and they came in at a fair price and were recommended Signature Exteriors from our real estate agent. We were told it would take about 6 weeks to complete the job and within the first few weeks, the roof was complete. During that process, our carriage lights were both damaged. They took care of that right away and the roofing process was great! Sadly that is the last thing that went right. The next crew was the fascia and soffit crew and everything was installed within a few days, however, when the gutter crew came out we noticed that the wrong color was installed on the fascia. We brought this up right away and they said they would fix it and compensate us for all the inconvenience. Weeks went by before the fascia was fixed and then another few weeks after that until the gutters were installed. We were not their priority and we had to check in on them for dates for when things would be completed. After everything was done (3 months after we started) we had to have additional conversations to get people to come out again for the terrible installation of the fascia not to mention nails and trash left all over the lawn. When our final bill came there was no discount given and after countless rude emails from Dan & Jeramie it was obvious they are in for the money because they know we will not need a new roof from them anytime soon. Save yourself the headache of empty promises choose another company to do the work on your home

I requested a roof inspection to investigate a leak. Leak cause was determined, but the inspector also found unrelated hail damage. At inspector's suggestion, I successfully proceeded to obtain a roof replacement via insurance claim and upgraded the gutters. They were a great company to work with. Communication throughout the process could have been improved, but it was sufficient. I will use Signature Exteriors again, if needed.

My experience with this company was extremely poor. Everything started off really well, they were very accommodating with everything, they worked with me on price, they started when they said they were going to start, the job was looking great. Then, things turned for the worse. The job sat unfinished, they use sub-contractors, which stopped coming for multiple days in a row, then they would come and finish a couple things and then leave again. I have multiple communications where I reached out to see when they would be finishing up. This is when I started to go over to inspect the work, and this is when I started to notice the damages that the crew inflicted. I contacted the salesperson again and was unsuccessful resolving anything with him due to his lack of communication. Next, I get a call from their office secretary stating that the job is completed and they are ready for payment. At this time, there were multiple things that were incomplete. I reached back out to the salesperson explaining this. No response. I finally reached out to Jeramie Beechler, the salesperson's boss, to find a remedy. I was told that the reason the salesperson was not responding was because he was waiting on him to figure out a remedy. Most of the large unfinished items were resolved within the next few weeks after the first communication. They have had to go back multiple times to finish/fix things, and still, as of today, have to go back to fix things. The frustrating part is that Jeramie Beechler argued the damages that the sub-contractors inflicted. We had a beautiful koi pond with a waterfall that the crew used to as a base for their scaffolding and ultimately broke our large decorative rocks, and slid them into the pond which ripped the liner of the pond. We are trying to put our home on the market, but instead we have had to hire other companies to come out and remove our pond which was going to be a selling feature for the home. Jeramie stated that the pond was in bad shape before they started, which is completely false. This pond was our pride and joy, and I shared multiple photos with him of what it looked like prior to them starting. Jeramie offered a measly $250 credit, however, I had to pay $1,650 to get all the rocks removed and the pond equipment pulled out and hole filled. He claims that I did not give them a chance to remedy the situation, however, I have multiple written communications of me asking how they are going to remedy it. Jeramie let weeks pass, so I finally had to hire the guys to remove the pond. Now, he is stating that I did not give them the change to remedy and that they could have done it for a lot cheaper. Other damages: The fence panel they took off was broken in multiple places, the crew reattached with lug screws instead of nails. They split multiple slats and have bent nails where they carelessly tried to reattach. Instead of using the accessory blocks, which I was told they would use for all accessories, they screwed our outdoor speakers directly into our brand new siding causing an opportunity for water breach. There is gapping around the front door, which Jeramie claims is "normal". I hired this company because they were able to accommodate my timing needs, unfortunately this has dragged on for multiple weeks. The communication is combative, rude and not what you would expect from a company you hire. My experience has been extremely poor, and I will never hire or recommend them to anyone.

I was very pleased with the work which was done. The work crew showed up on time and the work was completed in a timely manner. The crew was respectful of us and our ptoperty. Upon completion of the work the crew did a great job of cleaning around the debris trailer and the perimeter of our residence. The roof has weathered several storms since installation and has not leaked. I was especially concerned about the area around the chimney. Any questions I had were answered promptly and respectfully. I would definitely recommend this company.

Best price out of three quotes. Estimated and repaired on time. Kind operator to schedule and prompt response. Clean and professional work done. Highly recommended!

Really good experience with Signature Exteriors. They were willing to bid on a relatively small repair job. They were prompt and professional in providing a bid and making sure I could see and agree to the color of the replacement materials. They gave me an idea of how long it would take to get the materials and complete the job. I am completely satisfied and would definitely use them again.

Very well. I had added some areas after original request that needed metalized and this section was not completed originally. But they came back and finished in one day. The total job only took 5 days. They cleaned the area and the work looks beautiful. Very professional. Definitely would recommend to others.

I called and talked with Dustin (sales rep) with Signature Exteriors in July 2019. He met with me at my house so we could discuss the water leak problem. He provided me a written estimate with pictures via email. Jason (installer) arrived on a predetermined date. We discussed the work to be done before he started. He did an excellent job of methodically removing the siding, sealing the windows, replacing the wood beneath the four large windows, and reinstalling the siding. He was professional and very receptive to my questions. I am very satisfied with the entire experience from beginning to end. I would definitely use Signature Exteriors for any future siding work.

Jeremy and Raoul were friendly, courteous and prompt. Repaired siding, checked for other damage, repaired some roofing nail pops, caulking, and cleaned adjacent gutter. Used Signature's $59 Deal.

They were amazing. The job was done immediately, price was very reasonable, and staff very friendly. Will use them again.

My wife and I were greatly impressed with the sevices provided. Dustin was the assigned project manager. He was with us from the beginning to the end. He responded to any questions or concerns promptly. He provided the estimate for the work performed and suggested areas of concern that would require eventual repair. He inspected the roof and provided pictures of the roof to explain what needed to be addressed. The work crew went right to work on the date that Dustin stated they would. They were very profesional and worked hard throughout the day. Upon completion of the job, the crew cleaned up the entire yard and returned patio furniture back to their original positions. The day after the installation, a company representative returned with a rolling magnet to retrieve any roofing nails that might have been missed during the prior day. He again policed the area for any other roofing materials.

While I was not present during the roof inspection nor the garage shingle re-attachment that was done, my husband, Chris had many positive things to say about Raul. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Raul also checked our roof for any damaged shingles or other issues and let us know he did not see anything that need to be addressed. We are happy with the re-attaching of our garage shingles and will definitely keep you in mind for any future needs.

The service is good.

They were here on time and got right to work. They take picture of the roof before and after repairs so that you can see what has been done. They were very professional and left their work area clean.
