"The boot around our plumbing stacks had been chewed through by squirrels and a leak into the house had developed. Joe used a drone to examine the roof as we looked on. He was able to get close to all 3 stacks so we could see the damage. What a mess. He quoted us a price similar to our other bids and we went with him to do the work.
