"This is a good company to deal with. James, the owner, was out within one hour to diagnose our problem. The next morning the technicians, Brian and Josh were out to take care of our drain issues. Brian made a point of showing me the camera footage of the main drain. The did a great job on the main and two other drains. They also cleaned up very well when they were done. Brian also noticed an issue with our bathtub stopper and fixed it without an extra charge. The pricing was transparent. They have a nice email notice system and called when they were on the way. "Everett is a very experienced and knowledgeable water guy. My water reeked of chlorine and was very hard (within three weeks of living here, my dog's water bowl had a crust of mineral hardness in bottom of bowl, so I knew the water was very hard). He tested my water and showed me the levels of chlorine (more than a public pool requires) and the hardness grains were approx. 14. I purchased a water softener and conditioner combo unit, and also a reverse osmosis system so as to have safe water for drinking, cooking and bathing, and to save my appliances from the hard water. I was very happy with his workmanship and the products installed. Taking a shower was a delight, no more nasty chlorine smell! Everett even did a few extra items for me, totally unrelated to the install, and I greatly appreciated his kindness and help! I would highly recommend this company for all your water needs! "Had Nick Rattini as our technician - great job overall. I wanted to replace our Rheem 40 gallon water heater with a Rheem 50 gallon water heater and Burke Plumbing will let you use customer supplied appliances - up front charge was $640 which is competitive, my assumption is that price includes an extra $100 for using a customer supplied heater. They added another $100 for modifying the existing plumbing to accommodate the larger tank which, in my mind, was reasonable. They showed up on time and the installation took about 2 hours. I had hot water one hour later. All in all, very pleased with the experience from Burke Plumbing which has been around since the 1930s."
