"This is a good company to deal with. James, the owner, was out within one hour to diagnose our problem. The next morning the technicians, Brian and Josh were out to take care of our drain issues. Brian made a point of showing me the camera footage of the main drain. The did a great job on the main and two other drains. They also cleaned up very well when they were done. Brian also noticed an issue with our bathtub stopper and fixed it without an extra charge. The pricing was transparent. They have a nice email notice system and called when they were on the way. "Had Nick Rattini as our technician - great job overall. I wanted to replace our Rheem 40 gallon water heater with a Rheem 50 gallon water heater and Burke Plumbing will let you use customer supplied appliances - up front charge was $640 which is competitive, my assumption is that price includes an extra $100 for using a customer supplied heater. They added another $100 for modifying the existing plumbing to accommodate the larger tank which, in my mind, was reasonable. They showed up on time and the installation took about 2 hours. I had hot water one hour later. All in all, very pleased with the experience from Burke Plumbing which has been around since the 1930s."
