I needed plaster repair in my living room, dining room and kitchen. Trent repaired cracks, removed loose tile, re-plastered certain areas and skim plastered other areas. Trent does excellent work at a very affordable price. As a bonus, he's good natured. Trent communicated with me from start to finish and gave me useful tips. I wouldn't' hesitate to hire him again.

Our experience with The St. Louis Plastering Company was top notch. We recently purchased our forever home in the city and we needed some pretty standard plaster touch up work throughout, and one LARGER, out-of-the box plaster project. We spoke with a couple of companies and got a bids, but weren't feeling confident at all. That's when we spoke with Trent at The St. Louis Plastering Company. Within the first two minutes of the conversation, I knew we found the right person for the project...and he hadn't even quoted a price yet (which ultimately was better than the competition anyways) As with any larger project, a couple of unknown issues came up that were explained, a solution proposed, and executed perfectly! Went very well. Trent kept me apprised of what was being done and what to expect. Pointed out areas of concern, which he addressed. Did a GREAT job on putting a new sand swirl finish in the kitchen and hall. The kitchen was expanded before I purchased the home...half original sand wall finish, other half smooth drywall. There were some settling cracks and buckling on one wall. Trent fixed that area and it looks awesome now! I did have to have him come back and touch up a few spots which I wasn't completely satisfied with....he did so without question and now everything looks great! Can't wait to get it painted and seeing the final results. Would definitely use him again....great work!

Absolutely astonishing!!! Before I hired STL Plastering, I wasn’t sure that the walls of the house were salvageable. The work performed was nothing short of magic. They came highly recommended by other contractors, which made hiring them a no-brainer. I’ll give these professionals two thumbs up, but that’s only because I’m limited by having only two hands.

Trent is great. He goes above and beyond. This is the second time we required his services. He offers a totally reasonable price and does quick, efficient work. Going to hire him again when we move to new house that needs work.

I would highly recommend Tent’s plaster work. He was prompt, professional, and his work is very high quality. After tearing off very old wallpaper in my home, I needed plaster patch work and a skim coat of the entire bedroom. Trent was able to provide me with a competitive and reasonable quote over the phone after explaining the room and sending multiple pictures of the damaged walls. He showed up exactly when he said he would and worked until the job was done. Even though the job took a bit longer than he originally anticipated, he did not charge extra and was true to his initial estimate. Our walls are now smooth, level, and look great!

I called Trent, and he was out the same day for a quote. He gave me a quote on the spot, and was out the next day completing the work. He was very knowledgable, and very skilled. He worked pretty quickly, but without sacrificing quality, and I'm REALLY happy with the outcome. He was able to VERY closely color/texture match the old stucco on our foundation. A+ work, and a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

We got 2 other estimates and decided to go with Trent. He completed the work very quickly, at a reasonable price, and cleaned up well when he was done. St. Louis Plaster (Trent) was AWESOME! I had water damage to one wall that needed repaired and repainted as well as 2 bedrooms and a hall that had 2 layers of wallpaper over the plaster walls AND ceilings! I had several bids for the job and St. Louis Plaster was more than half price than another plaster company, and the plaster and paint price was less than another company that only did painting, so the price was definitely right. I was working on a time line to get my rooms finished before getting furniture delivered and Trent worked with me to get everything done in time. I even asked for some extra work that I hadn't originally requested when I bid for the job and he really bent over backwards to get all my work done when I kept adding to my job. I'm so glad I found St. Louis Plaster on Angie's list. I will be using them for all of my plaster work and repairs.

We finally decided to use Trent with STL plastering and are so pleased with the results. He is professional, fit us into his busy schedule and yet was very flexible with our availability. His workmanship is excellent. I asked him about a number of extra spots in the house and he showed me where we could repair and others that didn’t really need it. Trent did an amazing job skimming and re-plastering the wall. It's so much better than it was. Trent was very professional and cleaned up well after he was done. Down to earth plaster company that I would definitely hire again!

What a find! This company and its owner has saved this historic old house we purchased a year ago. The entire outside stucco was cracked and peeling. The roof had leaked so long the plaster walls were falling down inside. They are in the process of turning this house that was close to being a tear down into the gem of the neighborhood!! It is proof that craftsmanship is not dead! My neighbors all exclaim how great the exterior is looking. Then when they come inside their jaws drop! The Venetian plaster texture and color are perfect for this 1935 Mediterranean style house. They have had to rebuild several walls and you cannot tell where the old and new meet - seamless!!

Trent is responsive and a man of his word. He helped us make our house ready to be put on the market & took care of all the knicks and dings that a lived-in house gets. Beyond the drywall repair for several due to repaired water/roofing issues, he took it upon himself to ensure the rooms had smooth walls - even filling in nail holes (which he didn't need to do). We will definitely be using him again in our next home!
