"On time, punctual and efficient service.  They asked about any particular problem areas or high traffic areas and gave special treatment to the areas I pointed out.  Carpet was clean and dried quickly though some trouble spots re-emerged in the carpet a few months later...but we only had the carpet cleaned to get us through a few months for when we were ready to tear up carpet and switch to hard wood. Employees wore shoe covers and were very respectful of our home and friendly towards our dogs.  Would not hesitate to hire again for carpet cleaning. Great value.

"Where have we come to in 2022? What should be the norm is now entirely unexpected. It was thus a very pleasant surprise to have an honest, individual to deal with. Having moved into a new house which had not been appropriately taken care of by the previous owner, we thought we needed to have our fireplaces and chimneys cleaned prior to installation of fireplace doors. Jeff arrived on time, was extremely polite and quickly assessed our planned usage of the fireplaces. "Archway Clean Sweep were great! I just wish I could have used their services. Cindy was very professional and friendly on the phone when I explained what I was needing and scheduled me efficiently. When the chimney sweep men came, they evaluated my chimney from the outside first and came to the door. He said he could do the sweep and charge me, but wouldn't recommend we burn a fire in our fireplace. He walked outside with me and showed me and explained the problems with the original build of the chimney, why it wasn't explained in our home-buying inspection and what would need to be done to correct it. He answered my questions and gave me a referral for a direct vent for a gas fireplace conversion that I asked him for. So refreshing to have a company come out who looked out for the safety of our home & family over making a quick buck. If I had cash, I would have a least given him a tip for the time he took to drive and talk with me. His knowledge was invaluable. We need more businesses like Archway Clean Sweep to take care of our homes!"
