"On time, punctual and efficient service.  They asked about any particular problem areas or high traffic areas and gave special treatment to the areas I pointed out.  Carpet was clean and dried quickly though some trouble spots re-emerged in the carpet a few months later...but we only had the carpet cleaned to get us through a few months for when we were ready to tear up carpet and switch to hard wood. Employees wore shoe covers and were very respectful of our home and friendly towards our dogs.  Would not hesitate to hire again for carpet cleaning. Great value.

Not only was he nice and professional, he went above and beyond what was asked of him in order to give me a clear idea of what was done wrong and how he could fix it. While the other company left me in the dark about what exactly they did because they knew I wouldn't be able to know whether it was right, Andy was transparent with me.
