Brian made a point of showing me the camera footage of the main drain. The did a great job on the main and two other drains. They also cleaned up very well when they were done. Brian also noticed an issue with our bathtub stopper and fixed it without an extra charge. The pricing was transparent. They have a nice email notice system and called when they were on the way. "Had Nick Rattini as our technician - great job overall. I wanted to replace our Rheem 40 gallon water heater with a Rheem 50 gallon water heater and Burke Plumbing will let you use customer supplied appliances - up front charge was $640 which is competitive, my assumption is that price includes an extra $100 for using a customer supplied heater. They added another $100 for modifying the existing plumbing to accommodate the larger tank which, in my mind, was reasonable. They showed up on time and the installation took about 2 hours. I had hot water one hour later. All in all, very pleased with the experience from Burke Plumbing which has been around since the 1930s."

"When I called John at Mayo Plumbing, instead of rushing over to pull apart my kitchen ceiling immediately, he suggested that we could save some time and money by doing some of the investigation ourselves. Great idea! It was actually easy to figure out the source of the leak was our master bath shower, since using the other sources of water on the second floor did not contribute to the dripping. Once we figured that out, John came and, thru the process of elimination, found that it was not a plumbing issue, but a grout issue around the shower. Though he wasn't able to fix the grout for us, I was totally impressed with John and his professionalism, personable demeanor and his investigative work. Though I hope we don't have any plumbing issues in the near future, I would certainly call Mayo Plumbing when the need arises!"
