He did everything he said he would plus more,we'll organized, everything was in writing, this was a huge undertaking.he got all of the permits,finished in 3 days, he cleaned up after each day,I would give him a 100 star rating

Joel went beyond the project he was hired for and helped me out with a sink backup which conveniently happened the night before my scheduled toilet repair. Joel saved me having to have an appointment with a Maplewood Plumbing drain cleaner. I’m very happy with Maplewood Pliumbing!

We had Maplewood Plumbing and Sewer come to our home in Bridgeton to replace the piping under the sink, it was old and leaking. They replace everything in a timely manner and also added a shut-off. We will call them again for future use!

Drain Line Breakage Camera Locate
Tech came out , spent 30 seconds confirming exactly what I told him the problem was, and charged me $300 without fixing the problem. He promised to have a manager call me to provide an estimate for resolving the issue. Two weeks later, I still have not heard from anyone. I do not recommend this company.

In regard to your recent visit, the plumber was on site where he attempted to auger your kitchen sink, after spending over 30 mins, the cable dead ended. Once he extracted the cable; it was noted that mud was found on the head of the cable which indicates a break in the line. We suggested a camera inspection to determine the severity of the break, in which you declined service. There has been attempts made to contact you, through phone and email upon receiving this review to try and rectify any confusion that may have been caused. Egdiel (E) has done fabulous work for us. Always prompt, so courteous, knowledgeable, organized, and hard working. He installed a hot water heater last month and back to repair a main drain line which he had spotted needing repair during the hot water heater install. I appreciate his hard work and dedication!!

Called me immediately and were at my house 45 minutes later. Job was finished in 30 minutes. Price seemed reasonable but I had never had this work done before.

Commercial Sewer Main Clearing Service
Their prices was to high for opening a sewer drain. Also, a very high service charge. I personally will never use them or recommend them. nothing wrong with service or customer service,just pricing.

That is why we always provide pricing up front so there are no surprises. This gives the customer the option to call around or use another plumbing company if they choose to. Our service charge is waived (as yours was) when a customer decides to continue with their service call. At this time each customer (including you) signs a work order authorizing us to continue with the work (a form that shows price of the service call and type of work plumber will be performing) By signing, you are confirming that you are aware of the price and work being performed. At any time, the customer has the option to opt out if they feel it is too expensive or would like to take your business elsewhere. Seeing that you signed the work order and gave us authorization to continue with the provided service, there was no way of us knowing you were truly dissatisfied. We're sorry to hear that you do not feel comfortable using us in the future. We pride ourselves on exceptional work and customer service, and we are glad to hear you found this to be true ? Scheduled promptly, same day. Got drain open promptly. 9 days later the same drain was again blocked. Called office, will try to get their drain guy out today (Friday), if not then Monday.

Sewer Main Clearing
I called them to clean out a main sewer line. There were roots right at the outside opening of the sewer line making it really difficult to get the equipment into. Zack worked with it and was finally able to get it cleaned out and the line running wide open. He cleaned up everything and did a fantastic job. I knew the pricing rates up front so there were no surprises when I got the bill. I was very happy with Zack and the company, Maplewood plumbing. I will use them again when I have any plumbing or sewer issues and will recommend them to all my friends.

Replaced a broken shutoff valve with a nicer (and functioning) 1/4 turn one, them troubleshot and fixed bad parts in a running toilet, all in under an hour.

I highly recommend Maplewood Plumbing because their plumber, David, didn't just unclog our drain. He figured out why it was getting clogged, solved the underlying problem, and showed me what I could do myself to improve things further.

We just used Maplewood Plumbing for our third plumbing job since purchasing our home and I cannot rave enough about the work and service they provided to us. With each job, they thoroughly explained the repairs needed and talked through the pros and cons of our options. Our older home provided the usual yet unpredictable challenges that come with some outdated plumbing. Maplewood Plumbing knew what to do, made sure we did not do any unnecessary repairs, and they were honest with us when a replacement would be cheaper than a repair. They are responsive, quick to answer the phone or return calls, and have a reasonable turnaround time for scheduling appointments. It's hard to know which way to go when hiring someone for the first time, especially with all of the options out there. Make Maplewood Plumbing your first call. You won't be disappointed.
