"This is a good company to deal with. James, the owner, was out within one hour to diagnose our problem. The next morning the technicians, Brian and Josh were out to take care of our drain issues. Brian made a point of showing me the camera footage of the main drain. The did a great job on the main and two other drains. They also cleaned up very well when they were done. Brian also noticed an issue with our bathtub stopper and fixed it without an extra charge. The pricing was transparent. They have a nice email notice system and called when they were on the way. "THE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WAS ABLE TO FIX ONLY ONE OF THREE PLUMBING PROBLEMS. APPARENTLY THIS IS DUE TO SPECIALIZATION WITHIN THE PLUMBING SERVICE BUSINESS. PRIOR TO SERVICE CALL, THE PERSON ANSWERING THE PHONE STATED THAT CLEARING DRAINS WAS NOT COVERED BY THE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, SO I WAS WARNED. HOWEVER, AT $100 PER HOUR I EXPECTED TO HAVE THE PROBLEMS CORRECTED QUICKLY OR AN ASSESSMENT MADE THAT MINIMIZED THE TIME OF THE SERVICE CALL.
