"Hired them for the outside part of my job. Initial 2 hr window for arrival passed. Called contact number. Was offered later appoint that same day-unable to stay around. "I've been using Metro for several years to service and maintain my lawn irrigation system.  Their service is very punctual and professional.  For this service date, the serviceman (Jerry Gray, Jr.) called ahead and arrived within the 4-hour service window that was scheduled.  The system was completely drained and blown-out, and the system prepared for the winter season.  Although I think that Metro's pricing is a bit higher than others for the same comparable services, I am very pleased with their consistent level of service and for standing behind their service (see below), and I plan to continue using them for my lawn irrigation system maintenance needs. 
During the spring start-up (04/30/14) for this package, there was a leak detected in the back flow system, which had been replaced by Metro in the Spring of 2013 (i.e., the prior year).  Metro repaired the leak under warranty (service and parts).
