Gave them the info from the original plumber's proposal and they agreed to match the cost and work. Plumber was running late due to very heavy traffic. Called 45 minutes before the scheduled appointment to let us know he might be a little late. Arrived only 10 to 15 minutes late, which was fine with us since he had called. Got right to work and finished within a few hours."

When Ryan overheard me saying that I have to get my husband or a plumber back out the next day to cap that pipe , he offered to take care of it for me right then! He said no need to wait if we really needed the line capped, and he went out to his truck, and took care of it immediately! The next day my basement was dry. It was a really nice thing to do!
