"This is a good company to deal with. James, the owner, was out within one hour to diagnose our problem. The next morning the technicians, Brian and Josh were out to take care of our drain issues. Brian made a point of showing me the camera footage of the main drain. The did a great job on the main and two other drains. They also cleaned up very well when they were done. Brian also noticed an issue with our bathtub stopper and fixed it without an extra charge. The pricing was transparent. They have a nice email notice system and called when they were on the way. I called to verify this appointment earlier today and was informed they "should be able to come" for the service. At 355 today, I received a call that a plumber could not make it that they could "try again Monday after 3." I informed her that I had to take off work for this appointment and this very inconvenient. Although we've had a good experience with them in the past, this experience is very annoying. Is this normal for plumbing companies to not make 'appointments.'? Update: a plumber came on Monday afternoon and promptly and professionally fixed the problem.
