"The technician (Cody) did an excellent job determining the source/ location of the clogged drain and clearing it in a very timely fashion. Professional and personable. My only complaint was that my appointment was scheduled between 9 and 11 AM and the technician didn't arrive until noon. The office and the technician apologized for the inconvenience and deducted A portion of the bill as compensation which was appreciated. Brian made a point of showing me the camera footage of the main drain. The did a great job on the main and two other drains. They also cleaned up very well when they were done. Brian also noticed an issue with our bathtub stopper and fixed it without an extra charge. The pricing was transparent. They have a nice email notice system and called when they were on the way.
