J&JC installed a French drain and a new sump in one day a couple of hours; fixed our basement issue. They worked fast and did a great job!

We had used Johnson and Johnson last year to install a Sump Pump and drain tiles in our basement. After a very heavy rain, we decided we better have a Backup Sump Pump installed in case the power went out which usually happens during a rain storm. Johnson and Johnson installed the Backup Sump Pump very quickly. We highly recommend them.

They came when they were supposed to. Very knowledgeable. They checked it, and it didn't end up needing any work done. And if I have a problem, I will definitely call these same people again.

Very courteous, and explained everything they did very well. Finished in three hours, which is what they estimated. The only thing I would say is that they should phone the customer when they are leaving to come over, as they were 20 minutes early when they came to give the estimate, and 20 minutes late when arriving for the job. Nonetheless, I would highly recommend them!

Installed sump pump and drain tiles. They arrived on schedule, finished fast, and cleaned up afterwards. These guys worked hard and non stop for 3 days. They did not tear out 4 feet of Drywall all around the walls in the basement that some contractors wanted me to do myself, so that saved me a lot of money. I would recommend Dan and his crew highly and I am using them again soon for another job.

My sump pump went out the night before and the water was 8 inches from the top. They called when they were 30 minutes away and gave me a reasonable estimate and had a new pump on the truck. They not only were done quickly and cleaned everything up but explained the maintenance I needed since the drain was put in incorrectly. Plus they were under the medium price for this job. I am completely happy with the job done!

We actually live in the same neighborhood as Daniel. He contacted my husband and arranged to come give us a very reasonable bid. They came back on schedule and completed the job. I was at work on the day they did the job but was so glad to see it was all done when I got home and with hardly any mess. Except for the cosmetic difference I saw where the sump was installed I wouldn't have even known they had been there. I'm not anxious for another gully wasting rainstorm but will be anxious to see how this works. It will be so nice to have a dry basemeant.

Several other companies gave expensive bids to do extensive work. J & J said they were 90% sure the problem could be fixed with a simpler, much less expensive solution and offered to try that first. Their drainage solution worked perfectly and was done on time and well. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Dan and his team installed an interior drain tile and sump pit in our basement. They were able to schedule time to come quickly right after a major flood in the area. Everyone was courteous, professional, and performed high, quality work.
