This company was sold to a private equity firm in 2024. The new company does not show up for appointments. They do not honor warranties of past customers of Beig. The lady in St. Louis is extremely rude and basically tells you to sue them if you don’t like it. I would never use this company. They don’t do goof work and the don’t care!

Dennis Bieg Jr. and Sr. both came to our house at different times to give me their advice and opinions on the best way to handle our side yard sewer lateral excavation and repair project. They spent a lot of time discussing things with me, they were extremely helpful, courteous and professional, and so I felt very comfortable accepting their bid proposal to do the work, even though their bid wasn't the lowest of the four bids I got from reputable plumbing companies. The job itself was done very efficiently and in a timely manner by the crew, and I am very happy that Bieg did the project for me.

Scheduling was easy and since this was not an emergency, it was easy to find a time to meet my schedule. Dave arrived on time and reviewed my situation and recommended a solution that I hadn't considered. He immediately got to work disconnecting the old faucet from the basement and capped the water line. Then he drilled through the brick and came in under the kitchen sink where he connected to the cold water line. Everything looks neat and professional and works great.

Our plumber was very conscientious, arrived well before the scheduled time and had to work very hard to remove the old dishwasher as several previous changes in the kitchen had affected the setting of the unit. The removal accounted for the greatest portion of the time & cost. The subsequent installation of the new unit went smoothly. The entire job took about four hours.

I would highly recommend Dave to anyone! He did an amazing job, first analyzing the problem then taking corrective action to make the necessary repairs. Dave showed us what was wrong and even the old gasket and PVC drain. Dave was very professional and friendly. Dave is a real asset to Bieg Plumbing!!

Glenn and Geoff(sp?) showed up early and cut out the lower-level portion of the Stack, as well as the drainpipes from my toilet and bathtub. They then assembled portions of PVC to replace that lower-level portion of the Stack and drainpipes... I was amazed at how Glenn was able to put all the PVC pieces together, as well as connect that portion of the Stack to the remaining portions of the Stack that still existed.

Great service!!! Great plumber!! Dave arrived a little early (which was great) to check out the whistle... he did all the work requested, and explained what he was doing and why. He even cleaned around the old faucets!!! Faucets look and work great, and best of all, the whistle is gone!! I highly recommend "Dave the Plumber"!!!

I had an emergency situation which I needed addressed before the weekend. Called around 11am on Friday and Dave was able to come at 12pm. Fixed my issue in 2 hrs and now I have water again! Incredibly friendly and professional. Would definitely be my first call for service next time.

He did both well and efficiently. I was pleased. He had to get a very heavy cable down a flight of stairs to fix the drain. Some of the total bill was for a new flush valve for the toilet.
