Todd did a great job as always. He was prompt and efficient. He noted the humidifier pad needed replacing and did that. He did not change the furnace filter as he noticed it did not need it. He could have done that unnecessarily and charged me, but he is honest! I will call him again next year!

They made a stressful situation better by answering my every question, even simple questions, and never made me feel stupid for asking. They were there on time and every time they said they would be there. The price that was quoted was exactly what they said and they even upgraded my thermostat without charge!
