I highly recommend Insulation Pros of KC for your insulation needs. Kyle the Sales Manager: made it easy to understand what I needed. Josie the Office Manager: took the time to answer my questions when I called, and was the one responsible for my decision to go with Insulation Pros. The installation crew: Devon, Tyler and Leo were a great team to work with, very personable and just all around nice guys who did a great job with the installation. Tanner - the Production Manager, who came by to see that everything was going like it should. From the first meeting with Kyle to the time the crew drove away, it was easy and pleasant to work with this company and they did a great job. Attached are pictures to show the 22" of insulation in my attic! :)

Kyle, Nick and the team have done a great job adding insulation to our attic (and even removing some bad stuff). Good communications, (Josie provided e-mails) discounts, attention to detail, promptness, neatness by covering floors with plastic and vacuuming when finished. The pictures were a great help as well. The invoice was "as bid" with no surprises and provided various payment options. We did not mind these guys being in our home! This company understands how to do business responsibly.

Kyle came to give me an estimate. He was personable, very professional, listened to my needs and answered my questions, made some suggestions and gave me a fair estimate. I scheduled the job with Josie, on the phone, and she was also very professional and reassuring. Luke and Ryan came to prep and install blow-in insulation the following week. Both of these young men were very personable, answered my questions and explained what they were going to do. They finished the job within 2 hours and cleaned up very well. I would highly recommend this company and personable staff to get the job done right. My house is much warmer now, after they added 6” of Premium Grade insulation, and I hope to save some money on my heating bill. I am an extremely satisfied customer!!

While having my siding removed and replaced, decided to insulate the exterior walls. They coordinated with the painter and checked the weather for when the project could be done. Also, the estimate was given several months in advance and was still honored once the project got going. They needed to come out twice to install the insulation because the siding took time to come off the house, but they were more than willing to work with the painter's schedule to make sure things got done in a timely fashion. Friendly folks who take time to answer questions and did excellent work getting the house insulated and now operating efficiently.

The crew was on time, introduced themselves, and were very friendly and professional. They went over the job description before they started and then after it was finished. Our garage was clean when finished. We even got a thank you note. I will definitely use them again.

The company did a blow-in of insulation material between the studs and in the attic space. There were several areas in the garage where there was no drywall and they had a method of containing the insulation material so that drywall would be added later. They even insulated on the small spaces above and beside the garage door. Since the insulation has been installed, the temperature has stayed around 55 degrees on a pretty consistent basis. The estimate I received was 1/2 the amount received from another company. They brought a sample of the blow-in material and showed a video of how the insulation would be contained where there was no drywall. Now, here is the icing on the cake: between the time of the estimate and the time of the installation, I tore the meniscus in a knee, making me unable to prep the garage by moving items away from the wall. The installers backed my car out of the garage, moved the items and then moved everything back. Outstanding customer service!

I can't say enough about how great my experience with Insulation Pros was. I called them because they had a free inspection and quote and not only did he come in with a number way below what I expected he found an issue with a pipe and pointed it out to me! Installers were extremely courteous, professional and did a fantastic job even after finding some unexpected obstacles from my house. For a small amount extra they even built a hinged cover around my attic fan. I am extremely pleased.

They arrived right on time and were the most professional, careful, and considerate group of insulation professionals I could have asked for! They performed all work exactly as quoted and explained everything as they progressed. I especially loved how careful they were with our belongings and covered everything and every stairway with plastic from start to finish. When finished, they cleaned up so well you would never know they were in your house if you didn't see the new insulation! I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing insulation professionals that tell you exactly what they are going to do, doing exactly what they said they were going to do, and cleaning up so well you will be amazed! 100% satisfied customer!!!

Simply terrific. The crew arrived promptly on the day scheduled; I showed them the areas which were quoted in the proposal and they prepared the area, taking care to cover large areas which might get covered with loose insulation fill. They cut the holes where the insulation would be pumped in and began their work. There was more loose fill than I expected, but when they were finished, every bit of it had been vacuumed up and the area cleared. Once they were finished, all the holes were covered and a thin layer of wall drywall mud applied. The crew was super polite, friendly and courteous - couldn't ask for a nicer couple of guys. They answered all our questions, explained the process and benefits of the type of insulation fill being used. We very highly recommend Insulation Pros!

first company hired were idiots and totally screwed up the job. Pipes have frozen 3 times and attic vents and insulation was installed wrong

Everything professionally done.

Insulation Pros are incredibly professional and were wonderful to work with. They were very responsive to our needs and their level of service is hard to find. They made sure to cover everything in plastic that might be exposed to foot traffic or insulation and cleaned the areas thoroughly when they were finished. I cannot thank them enough for being such an upstanding company with such respectable employees.

The team was friendly, considerate, thorough, professional...I could say more but I am very pleased with how courteous they were of me and my property, how they prepped for the job (and how quickly they prepped), how they worked together as a team and accomplished the job not only in the time they promised, but at the same price promised and with being attentive to my questions and needs throughout the process. Can't say enough regarding that professionalism. I feel like a valued customer and would hire them again.

I can already tell a huge difference in the comfort level of the house, as well as have noticed that the AC runs less often.

They were efficient, did good work and cleaned up the site afterwards. Everyone was pleasant to deal with.

This is the most friendly, courteous and professional team of people I have ever worked with. The removal was a very messy task that they accomplished without a hitch.
