Todd with Pro-Cool was very professional and did an excellent job installing our new AC and furnace units. They had already scheduled us and had our order in place when our AC unit completely went out. Pro-Cool was wonderful and was able to work us in sooner which saved us many extra days without AC in 90 degree weather. Pro-Cool was friendly and professional from the initial call with Kristi to the estimate and job completion by Todd. In addition, they were very competitive and fair with their estimate. We highly recommend Pro-Cool.

Todd did a great job as always. He was prompt and efficient. He noted the humidifier pad needed replacing and did that. He did not change the furnace filter as he noticed it did not need it. He could have done that unnecessarily and charged me, but he is honest! I will call him again next year!

When we purchased our home in Blue Springs, the AC seemed to run continuously, yet failed to cool the home.  Todd came out and did a quick investigation and put us on his list for the next morning to thoroughly clean and inspect the HVAC unit.  Upon discovering it had been running without a filter (for an unknown period of time) and had been subjected to major home repair/renovation dust, he cleaned the unit and replaced the filter.  When the fan went out in the AC unit a month later, he came out the same day andd replaced the motor.
Our third experience with Todd involved pre-season cleaning and inspection of the furnace.  
Charges for his services were very reasonable and he is easy to contact and schedule appointments.  We will definitely use him for all our HVAC work in the future.
