"First the problem was identified. I thought I had only 1 crack, but I was only seeing the "relief" crack. The big crack in the foundation was hidden behind wood paneling. The work was done to fix the cracks & provide proper foundation drainage. Because the main crack was around part of the basement window casing, at my request, they replaced the window. Also @ my request, they replaced my sump pump (which was about 20 years old). The work was very professional. They were prompt, thorough, very neat; the work was done in about 2 & 1/2 days.  Everything was explained to me. The added work was my idea, not something even brought up or "pushed" by the company.
