Adrian and Marie were prompt with a very competitive estimate which we accepted. They were both very receptive to addressing any questions or concerns we had prior to, during and for the final walkthrough. The crew performing the work very professional, very considerate to our property and provided us continuous updates as to the work being performed. The work performed consisted of tuckpointing two sides of the house along with chimney work and placing a cap on the two chimneys. As stated in a previous review, Vargas was honest, on time, and competitively priced! "Very professional and friendly, the entire crew. I absolutely LOVE my new wall. I had several bids, and Sam was the one I chose. They removed an old wall and installed the new one in just a day and a half (more like 2 half days!) They left as though they were never here! Everything cleaned up, no debris, no damage to lawn. All work was done by hand; no big machinery was used that would have destroyed my lawn. My neighbors stop to admire their work all day long! Thanks, Sam and crew!"

"Quackers was the 2nd vendor to review the problem. The first vendor proposed a much more expensive solution. Quacker's saw that I did not have a sump pump in my sump pit so they proposed that this be the first step to fix the problem which so far is working. He also advised me to run new drainage tile away from foundation near where the water entered the basement."

"Needed a brick wall repaired that was damaged by a car. The brick could no longer be obtained so we decided to remove additional brick to reuse and add natural stone to make up some difference. Jordan provided professional services when many other contractors would not even bother to return calls or follow up with estimates. His pricing was very competitive and the work was done well and clean up was exceptional. I’ve already gotten a second quote for some additional work to be done in the future and I won’t bother looking anywhere else. "The owner Mike and his team headed by James were terrific! We noticed a huge crack in our house and called out 4 different companies. Each had a different solution. We then called out a structural engineer to evaluate the situation. Atlas Foundation was proposing exactly what the engineer suggested. Their proposal was also more complete and even included putting our decorative patio back to it's original condition, When work was scheduled, the team was punctual, friendly, and respectful of our property. I hope we never have to have this type of work again, but if we do, I would definitely call Atlas Foundation."
