Eric Musick was very knowledgeable, professional and prompt. He was mindful of our financial resources when recommending repair options. His work was done on time and to specs. He even repaired a few small extra cracks at no additional charge. Nice guy.

They where nice and compliant. Everything cleansed up after ward. Price was same as others that gave estimate.

The technician that did the service, let me know specifically one thing that turned not to be possible. I would never known, because the issue was below the ground. He also gave me post sales advice to recommend to my A/C who would be installing a unit near the repair.

I selected Musick because he listened to my concerns and addressed them with a solution that matched them. Others offered canned solutions that were not tailored to my concerns. His price was fair and the people were great.

I used to won a business. One time had work that wasn't done the way I wanted. But Eric came out right away and he fixed all the issues. Needed drainage system and new sump pump. Did all outside drainage as well everything he did, he did very well.
