"Last month I posted a review after an unsatisfactory experience with work performed by KCB on a property our nonprofit organization is rehabbing for veterans in East St. Louis, IL. After communicating with Nicole at KCB she assured me that the issues would be resolved. Edwin returned to the worksite and corrected all the issues I pointed out. KCB sincerely apologized for the delay and mentioned that would have come sooner, but they had been extremely busy with jobs in the area. "The owner Mike and his team headed by James were terrific! We noticed a huge crack in our house and called out 4 different companies. Each had a different solution. We then called out a structural engineer to evaluate the situation. Atlas Foundation was proposing exactly what the engineer suggested. Their proposal was also more complete and even included putting our decorative patio back to it's original condition, When work was scheduled, the team was punctual, friendly, and respectful of our property.
