Chris and his crew were awesome! I had a large insurance claim due to black water damage spanning 2 floors. Copal worked with me throughout a long and contentious negotiation with the insurance company; they guided me to a successful claim resolution that required 2 levels of arbitration. The restoration work they did on my house was exemplary! I highly recommend this company for any work required on your home!!!

A rep from Copal came out the next day of my inquiry, to check on my issue. He was able to come back two days later and fix it. I was impressed. He was very courteous. The only thing is was that he told me that he would send another rep out to check my roof for hail damage for a complete install. I haven't heard back. At this moment I am ok with this, as my roof is not reallyl needing replacement and I'm not ready.

With very little notice, Copal was able to come out next day and replace a missing shingle. They also glued down other shingles that were improperly installed by the builder. Great response time, great quality and at a reasonable price.

Very professional. On time for appointment and offered a detailed bid with diagram of roof and cost breakdown.

THEY CAME OUT AND GAVE ESTIMATE PROMPTLY. And when I gave my okay, they where out to do the job the same day. Job was done quickly, and did not leave a mess.

I hired Copal to put on a new roof. They did the job in a timely fashion and communicated effectively. I have not yet climbed up on the roof to inspect it but will eventually. For now, however, I will say that as far as I can tell they did a good job for a fair price.

The work was OK but the timeliness and communication were very poor. I signed the contract on June 17 and was told the work would be completed on June 21. A portion of the work was done on the 21. The rep from Copal did not call me. Several calls the the head off lead to promised completion dates that were missed with no communication. The job was finally completed around July 9.

My need was more of an inspection to try to ascertain if there was a problem. The gentleman was helpful and said there was no problem with the roof, and that it must be with the foundation instead. While I can agree there may be a foundation problem, I still wonder how then it's had no effect of the roofing--the trusses, etc. So overall I was pleased with the 'work' done even though it did not result in a job for the company. I feel like he displayed honesty--which counts for a lot. I'll be on to the next contractor-for foundations I guess.

They were on time to provide the estimate with a ladder to look at the existing roof; answered my questions and had certificate of insurance during the estimate stage. Di a follow up and was able to work out a feasible payment plan for me. Once terms were settled the sale rep came to home and explained more in detail what would be done and there would be a foreman on site to answer questions; I chose the color o the roof and gave a deposit. The day of the install the workers were on time and were meticulous in their cleanup. The job took one as indicated and I'm satisfied with the work. Discovered they do other things, so will use again.

They were very respectful. On time and finished the work quickly. Great business.

They were friendly---best price--best at explaining what they would do and followed through with what they said they would do for me.

They did not keep there promises to come back and fix or look into certain issues. They did not replace flashing or check for mold like they said. I would not reccomend them to any of my friends.

Copal was AMAZING!!! They came out right away for an estimate on my roof repair, gave us a very fair price, and had us scheduled for repair within days. They were very professional, our roof looks amazing, and if needed, we will use them again in the future!

Roofers began work on project 3 days after originally planned. Project Manager was extremely responsive and provided consistent updates. Had a heavy rain in the middle of the project with leaking into my home, workers came to residence within 45 minutes and provided patch to protect the interior. Overall satisfied with service.

They were on the site in less than 2 hours evaluated the problem and repaired the next working day. Great job.

Gave a very detailed explanation of our leak, and a way to fix the problem. Chris was prompt in giving the estimate as well as scheduling the work. He made sure we were satisfied before he requested payment, and his work came with a 5 year warrany. None of the other pros would give a warranty on a repair of someone else's work. He pointed out some other trouble with the siding and fixed that when he was done with the roof. Also repaired a soffit that was falling down, and it looks better than the original (more secure).
