Andrew recently did a basement waterproofing and foundation repair project for me. He outlined everything he was going to do on his estimate, which was quite a bit better than the big name companies. His work was excellent and high quality. He is very easy to work with and answered any questions I had. It's nice to find a true professional at a reasonable rate, which leads me to say I would easily recommend him to anyone who has a project like this.

Andy was absolutely amazing. He is very honest. He answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable. He worked all day and didn't leave until the job was completed. He showed us his work and made sure we were happy with the results. We have a finicky pup, and he was very kind and worked around him. I highly highly recommend Andy!

Andy is one of the hardest workers I’ve hired to work on my home. He does great work at competitive rates and is incredibly responsive to top it all off. I say competitive rates from experience because I actually got a number of bids and his was definitely the best. Through no fault of his, we had a series of flooding debacles with our basement. He helped us troubleshoot solutions and put in a complete hydrostatic drain tile system as well as an additional sump in a window well. He also replaced the window well and our basement windows while he was at it. Through all of the work he was respectful, prompt and responsive. I would recommend him to anyone and would hire him again in a heartbeat if I ever have waterproofing issues on a future house.

Andrew was an all around great guy. Very punctual and told me exactly what I needed to support my stairwell. Installed a dehumidifier and sump pump as well. Very pleased with his work!

Andrew did a fantastic job. He was very knowledgeable and explained the pros and cons of the different waterproofing methods he recommended I apply to my basement foundation to make sure it stayed sealed long term. He was very professional, a good communicator, cleaned up after himself, and made sure to provide updates throughout the work. He even repaired a cracked portion of my sewer while installing a sump pump. Would highly recommend! Not a lot of waterproofing companies out there like Affordable that are a one man show, which is the best part. One man job = one way communication and responsibility. It hurts me not to give him a full 5 stars, but the only minor con I can bring up was how the work was some charges tacked on at the close of the project, due to some extra cost he told me he incurred for the pipe/connections needed to repair/replace the cracked pipe. The labor materials for repairing the damaged pipe were listed on the original firm bid I received before the project started. As I said this was a VERY MINOR con and I feel you will not find a better contractor out there to replace Andrew for your waterproofing needs!

It was just himself doing the work, and he got things done in a fairly quick manner for being a one man show. It hasn’t rained to test out if the basement no longer leaks, but I trust his word and his work. Have already recommended him to others.

Andrew and his wife Kirsten were excellent to deal with in every regard from receiving the estimate, arranging timing , and most importantly the work performed. Andrew installed a French drain system on the side of my house and 2 days later we had over 2 inches of rain and the drain system totally resolved the water issue I had been experiencing. Andrew also did a great job of cleaning up after work was completed. Just an excellent job and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.
