Adrian and Marie were prompt with a very competitive estimate which we accepted. They were both very receptive to addressing any questions or concerns we had prior to, during and for the final walkthrough. The crew performing the work very professional, very considerate to our property and provided us continuous updates as to the work being performed. The work performed consisted of tuckpointing two sides of the house along with chimney work and placing a cap on the two chimneys. "Last month I posted a review after an unsatisfactory experience with work performed by KCB on a property our nonprofit organization is rehabbing for veterans in East St. Louis, IL. After communicating with Nicole at KCB she assured me that the issues would be resolved. Edwin returned to the worksite and corrected all the issues I pointed out. KCB sincerely apologized for the delay and mentioned that would have come sooner, but they had been extremely busy with jobs in the area. Although the experience got off to a rocky start, I must say that KCB stepped up and provided top notch professionalism in rectifying the matter to our satisfaction. "Very professional and friendly, the entire crew. I absolutely LOVE my new wall. I had several bids, and Sam was the one I chose. They removed an old wall and installed the new one in just a day and a half (more like 2 half days!) They left as though they were never here! Everything cleaned up, no debris, no damage to lawn. All work was done by hand; no big machinery was used that would have destroyed my lawn. My neighbors stop to admire their work all day long! Thanks, Sam and crew!"
