"Last month I posted a review after an unsatisfactory experience with work performed by KCB on a property our nonprofit organization is rehabbing for veterans in East St. Louis, IL. After communicating with Nicole at KCB she assured me that the issues would be resolved. Edwin returned to the worksite and corrected all the issues I pointed out.
