SAM'S RETAINING WALLS & HOME REPAIR

You will not go wrong hiring Sam! Sam and his team tore out our old cement patio and put down pavers. Sam came to meet with me a few days after we talked on the phone. I interviewed another contractor and decided that I wanted to hire Sam. However, my husband hadn't met him yet, so Sam made the trip back to our house to go over the job with my husband. Sam and his team did quality work and Sam communicated with me throughout the process. He was at our house, when he said he would be and kept his word from the beginning of this process. If I ever need another patio, or retaining wall, I will call Sam again. In this day and age, it is so difficult to know who to trust. I'm grateful we found Sam for this job!

Great work

Sam arrived early each working day while waiting for his work crew to arrive. He was well organized staging material arrivals and placement. His team was friendly and respectful to minimizing any property damage when moving materials. The finished product is top notch. Sam is very experienced and does excellent work. He may not come across as the most polished professional but his workmanship is top notch. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for quality at a great value.

Sam was prompt, quick and completed the project as per our agreement! Would definitely hire his services again.

Sam and his crew do an amazing job! I couldn't be happier with the retaining wall that he installed at my house. He and his crew work very fast while making sure to do a good job as well. I even had him do some more smaller projects for me. I will continue to use Sam anytime I need work done!

Very professional and friendly, the entire crew. I absolutely LOVE my new wall. I had several bids, and Sam was the one I chose. They removed an old wall and installed the new one in just a day and a half (more like 2 half days!) They left as though they were never here! Everything cleaned up, no debris, no damage to lawn. All work was done by hand; no big machinery was used that would have destroyed my lawn. My neighbors stop to admire their work all day long! Thanks, Sam and crew!

Sam and his team constructed a composite deck, w/ aluminum rails, a gate and 2 set of stairs. In addition, he rebuilt a retaining wall and added drainage from the house gutters. Per usual, his work was outstanding and he will continue to be my go to for all exterior projects. Would highly recommend him for all projects, large and small (retaining walls, drainage, pavers, decks, etc.).

Great job all around! Needed a small paver patio installed. He came right out and gave us a bid very quickly. His bid was BY FAR the lowest of the four companies we had come it. That worried us a little but his reviews were pretty good so we went with him. GREAT DECISION! He started the job right when promised and finished on time. He and his crew did an outstanding job! When I called for a estimate on our job Sam came out the next day measured it all out and gave us a bid the next day. Very fast an easy. Sam and his crew started and had the project complete in about a week and a half, very fast. The crew was very professional and easy to talk with. They kept my yard clean and clear of tools and materials. When neighbor's came my yard to see their work Sam would stop and talk with again very professional. The project turned out fantastic my wife and I are very excited and happy we choice Sam's Retaining Wall. I really can't say how professional Sam and his crew were from the start to the finish and especially the clean up after the project was complete. We total recommend them for anyone's project.

It went well but I sure would have liked to have benefited from the discount. Since I’m new l didn’t understand that if you didn’t pay through the app then you wouldn’t get a discount. I would have saved $860.00 but they did do a nice job.

Great to work with Sam. Of all the companies we had that provided quotations, Sam was the only one who actually provided suggestions, showed examples of previous work and spent time to understand what we needed. Had to wait a bit but it was worth it to have the job completed correctly the first time. Will use again when start on the front of the house.

June 2021. $30K+ job. Sam installed three masonry walls w/caps and 7500 pavers in my drive and patio. He did a great job and I recommend him highly!

Sam has done two projects for me, both have been outstanding! He arrives ontime and as planned and does super quality work. You may have to wait to get him to do your project because he is in high demand, but it will be worth the wait and the cost will be reasonable. I would highly recommend him!

Sam responded quickly and gave us an estimate right away. He worked our job in even earlier than we thought, especially so we could open our pool on time. Despite a lot of rain, he and his guys showed up every day they promised, on time or early. He got materials ordered on time and did very high-quality work. We are totally pleased with all the projects, which took less than a week. Sam did a lot of the work himself, with a team of two great young men. They were all so friendly, polite, and professional, and really worked hard. They went the extra mile for us and made sure everything was cleaned up and looking great. They were even sweet to our dogs, who were sorry to see them go. We would definitely hire them again, and felt they did great work for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend them.

Sam did a great job- regraded lawn, installed drainage and dry rock bed, rebuilt retaining wall, planted sod. Very pleased and absolutely no more drainage issues or swampy lawn!

The work was done with tremendous craftsmanship and was done on time and on budget. Sam was very professional and meticulous in his work.

This was a pretty big job. Sam and his crew build a new concrete block retaining wall and re-graded my entire back yard to match the new elevation the new wall afforded. All-in, 20+ palettes of block and 230 tons of gravel & topsoil. The end result is a stunning improvement.
