Rob and Joe came on a Friday, gave me a very fair estimate and returned the next Tuesday to do the work. They were right on time! They treated my home with care and treated me with respect and humor. The bill was the same as his estimate and the carpet looks terrific. They even cleaned up after their work and vacuumed as well - with their own vacuum. He still needs to put on the nosing but this is only due to a product delay. Very responsive, clearly talented in his craft and overall a great guy to work with. I was honestly worried about repairing the subfloor and getting in the new flooring because the damage to the old floor was bad due to water leakage. he explained every single step of the process.
