After a really bad experience installing LVT on an uneven surface, my partner and I were determined to find a contractor who could get it right this time someone who would give us our forever floor. He still needs to put on the nosing but this is only due to a product delay. Very responsive, clearly talented in his craft and overall a great guy to work with. I was honestly worried about repairing the subfloor and getting in the new flooring because the damage to the old floor was bad due to water leakage. he explained every single step of the process.
