"Jeremy did a fantastic job! Got old stains (that I had tried to treat with Nature's Miracle) and more importantly the hideous smell of cat urine out of my carpet! He was also able to replace the carpet on one of my steps that the cats had destroyed. So, that saved me the hassle of coordinating with a carpet guy, as I used a piece of left-over carpet that had been in the crawl space and needed to be cleaned/freshened up as well. I could not be happier. I even left the air conditioning off on a super sticky, hot day and NO cat urine smell. Jeremy was very patient explaining the options and I opted for the more expensive, but still very reasonable option to totally attack the cat urine. He returned my call quickly, was able to come out within a week or two and was very polite and cleaned up after he left. My carpet was soft to the touch when it was dry. "The people arrived on time and cleaned everything, except the windows, in the house. I had another service do the windows. The house was empty since we had sold the home, so there was easy access for the people doing the cleaning. The wood floors were cleaned, all the carpeted areas vacuumed well, all doors were wiped down, and they cleaned all the bathrooms and the kitchen very well. They cleaned the wood blinds, but do not clean vinyl blinds"
