He was also able to replace the carpet on one of my steps that the cats had destroyed. So, that saved me the hassle of coordinating with a carpet guy, as I used a piece of left-over carpet that had been in the crawl space and needed to be cleaned/freshened up as well. I could not be happier. I even left the air conditioning off on a super sticky, hot day and NO cat urine smell. Jeremy was very patient explaining the options and I opted for the more expensive, but still very reasonable option to totally attack the cat urine. He returned my call quickly, was able to come out within a week or two and was very polite and cleaned up after he left. My carpet was soft to the touch when it was dry. After ordering the vinyl flooring, I think the office could have been a little more proactive about notifying me when the vinyl came in and when it would be installed. I only had a day's notice of when they were coming. Installation was great, very professional and neat. They moved the furniture and put everything back when they were done.
