"Having just moved to this area, we needed someone to check on our heating equipment, prior to the real cold weather.  This equipment includes the furnace, air to air exchanger, humidifier, and fireplace.  Using Angie's List as a guide, we chose Freier's, because of the positive comments.  I called them on a Tuesday and they came out that Friday.  Mike, the service technician, arrived right on time and proceeded to checking the different areas.  Knowing that we just moved in, and we did not know all of the equipment, he took time to explain how it all worked and what we need to do, in between cleanings.  Mike was extremely patient and thorough and also did a great job cleaning up after himself.  Both my wife and I were very pleased and because of this visit, have signed an annual agreement (we had this in our old house in North Carolina), for future cleanings.  He was at the house for about 2 hours and when he left, we felt very secure knowing that everything is working properly.  We plan on continuing to use them."
