Good customer service and very responsive to email questions throughout the project.  We had an early surprise at the start of the project, not to vendor's doing, and they were very responsive in identifying a solution and cost.  We added a few things along the way and again they were very responsive in giving us a price and timing.  We had problems with a consistent finish on the new wood flooring and while I would have preferred a faster response to correct the problem I know that it is not always that simple when working with subcontractors and their schedule.  The 'quality' of the work is truly the best and I would hire Craftsman Renovations for future projects.

Hello, I am Sam the Handy Man, no, I do not like green eggs and ham. \n\nI am a Licensed Building Contractor in the State of Minnesota and fully insured up to a million dollars per state requirements.\n\nI started this as a handyman business and quickly moved up into larger jobs and now focus mostly on remodels basements bathrooms interior remodels but I can handle anything exterior and exterior on residential homes. \nBeing licensed allows me to hire subcontractors for plumbing and electrical if needed. But I can work on existing electrical and existing plumbing. \nI try to work 5 to 6 days a week, I offer free quotes. My typical hours run between 8 and 9, to 3 to 4. For most jobs I charge by the hour, material costs are on the client, and I have a general contract everybody signs.
