Darren, Kathy, and their team at Twin City Handyman LLC were a joy to work with on my house projects for 2022. Darren or Kathy; answered all my questions promptly. Kathy; stayed in communication with me on each project, providing an estimated timeframe for when it would start and how long the job would take. She made me feel more like family; than a client. Their work crew was awesome people; everyone showed up on time each day with a smile and good energy day in and day out throughout working on all (3) projects. This was the second project that I have hired TCH to do. It's so nice to be able to hire one contractor and have the same people do all of the work (plumbing, carpentry, tile work, etc.,) instead of having to hire a different company for each part of the project, or have a company sub out the work. TCH has the best personnel, always punctual and very cooperative. Regularly checking with me to be sure the job gets done the way I expected. They were very careful to protect all areas from dust and debris and made an exceptional effort to clean up at the end of each day and when the job was completed. I also think the price was reasonable. Thanks go out to both Cory's for all of their hard work. Another expert job by TCH.

As many of you know--finding a reputable home improvement company can be quite a challenge. We had some major projects to do in our yard and initially reached out to multiple companies requesting bids on building a 40 x 10 foot pergola, repairing a cedar fence and staining another major structure in our yard. Our experience in contacting home improvement companies was so disappointing. Inaccurate bids, no shows, and people showing up that presented themselves as home improvement companies but didn’t know what the heck they were doing. The only company that took the time to provide frequent consultation, accurate estimates, multiple visits to our property and consistent follow-up was Twin City Handyman! The entire staff was attentive to our needs and the projects were well done and completed on time. A big shout out to Darren, Kathy, Cory and Johnny and other staff members who assisted in completing our projects for their expertise and attention to detail. We highly recommend this company for all of your home improvement needs. Now, other members of our family are using TCH for their projects as well! Thanks TCH for a job well done. They were nice and well priced. The people who came out worked hard and were knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help make the basement right.

TCH is amazing. Darren did the bid, and Kathy kept me up to date on the work schedule. It was so nice to be able to call or email and have them answer the phone, or respond to my messages quickly. I have a two story house with a walkout and both jobs were nearly 30 ft high. Cory and Johnny did the work and did an excellent job. They were so easy to work with and did everything just as I wanted it. I also thought their price was very reasonable. I won't hesitate to hire them again.

The wait was fairly long, however, the work went well. Johnny and Corey are experts in their craft. Their courtesy and professionalism also exceeded expectations. I was very impressed and will hire again.

It went very well, everything was done quickly and well. I thought the price was a little high but I felt like I needed to have someone who is insured since ladders were involved. Nice to have the projects done.

Twin Cities Handyman was a fantastic service that was responsive, timely, professional and affordable. What more could you ask for?

the guy who actually installed the doors was helpful, efficient, and did a really good job, but the cost seemed high to me from the beginning, the installer told me that the owner tended to overprice people for small jobs, and when I went to pay, he called in and said they had jacked up the price for the estimate and were asking for more money. He was upset by this, and said he wouldn't charge me for more than I was quoted, but also asked if I could pay with check instead of credit card so that he wouldn't have to call in again (to get the card approve) because they knew he'd give them a hard time about not getting more money from me. So - individual great; company not trustworthy

Really happy with them overall. It took a long time to get it scheduled, but once they were on the job they worked really fast and did high quality work. They always screened off the work area to keep the dust out, and cleaned up after themselves. Really limited the disruption as well as they could have. Great work overall.

Estimator arrived an hour early without a phone call and entered home without a face mask. Was asked to wear one. Left to get one (we thought). Never returned to make estimate. Zero customer-oriented attitude!

Job was quoted remotely with some email photos and completed as requested. Had purchased an access ladder on my own but needed an installer. Solid work, no surprises, fair pricing. We had a number of no-call-backs from other companies since this was a small job, but had a good response time from Twin City Handyman

Very timely response—work was done the morning after my call. Service person was on time, work was done very quickly. I was shown how to perform basic maintenance. And, they removed all the packaging materials. I was very pleased and would use again without hesitation.

The estimator came punctually, Workperson was efficient.

Contacted Twin City Handyman to do a number of jobs around the house. Darren promptly came out, reviewed the work to be done and issued a quote on the project. Within a couple of weeks Trevor arrived to do the project. The wall patch, shower door install and grab bar install went well. The pocket door install was another story. There are few companies out there who can do pocket doors, so I knew I was taking a chance by employing a handyman service to do the job. First, the cost of the door install was $2365.00, the bulk of which was for labor. When the install was done, the door was out of alignment in every possible way. The door does close, so it is useable. On their behalf, Twin City Handyman has tried to make the correction to the door, but without much success. A complete reinstall is probably the only answer to the problem, but I will have to find someone else at a later date. In closing, Darren and Trevor are very professional and truly do want to do the best job possible. I just believe, they should have turned down the pocket door install, as they had little experience in that area.

Darren and his professional crew did an amazing job, the remodeling they did looks beautiful and better than I could have imagined!! They were very responsive to my requests and friendly when changes in my original plan were made. I would definitely hire them again to do more work!

The handyman they sent to do the work was quite experienced. They built a basement wall and replaced a drop ceiling. Both were done well.

Perfect work including matching ceiling paint without having to repaint the entire surface. Quick response time, skilled workmanship, amazing cleanup. Could not be happier!!

The work was done very well and quickly. And the company made it easy to schedule the work on dates and at times that worked best for me.
