"Selecting Concept 33 Inc. and Garret Plumley was the best choice in 15 years to remodel my kitchen. Within 2 days of our initial meeting, Garret sent me an itemized quote of all the changes I wanted with a schematic of my kitchen. Garret listened and the quote was reflected exactly all my requests. My remodel included: â ¢ Quartz countertops white with a few grey veins â ¢ White beveled backsplash with grey grout â ¢ Pulls on all doors and drawers â ¢ Silent door closures â ¢ Order, build and install a pantry 80â x 24â . This matched my cupboards, built in 1991. The workers were here by 9:30AM (my request) and finished by 4:30PM. No work on the weekend (my request). The workers were very polite, talented, totally focused on their part of the project, cleaned up their area each day. It took about 12 days to complete. I had one change which was an additional cost, switching the outlets to white. There was a gap between the bottom of the countertop and top of the dishwasher. Garret and a coworker eliminated the gap with no harm to the countertop and dishwasher and there was no interruption of usage. My kitchen is beautiful and has everything I envisioned. Thanks, Garret! Note: Project manager charge is very important. Do not eliminate this to save money. Garret introduced each new worker as they started, responded to any questions through texts (my preference) and brought in an alternative worker when one was ill for a day. He also introduced if a new worker for each area (countertop/backsplash/outlets etc.) Garret responded quickly to any text, was very personable and kind. I would highly recommend Garret. He provided design, researched, built, and installed my pantry, the key to my perfect remodel. He has the knowledge and background for remodeling homes, regardless of the scope, size, and cost. He kept the remodel moving and it was done quickly."

"We hired JP for a powder room remodel, hoping for high-quality work completed within a reasonable timeframe and a fair price. While we are aware most handymen charge hourly, we sought an estimate / range of hours; we felt this was a reasonable request for our budgeting purposes. Initially, JP confidently estimated the project to require between 40-60 hours. However, we quickly realized that we were nearing the upper end of that estimate, and our initial invoice, issued with significant work still pending, accounted for 37.5 hours (62% of the 60 hours), raising further concerns. When we raised these concerns with JP, he assured us that we were still on track to remain around the 60-hour mark. However, as the project progressed, we began noticing significant issues with the quality of the tilework. Upon discussing these concerns with JP, he acknowledged some of the imperfections but said there would be additional time and charges for correcting them, implying a trade-off between quality and efficiency. Despite clearly emphasizing our expectation for both quality work and reasonable adherence to the estimated timeframe, JP claimed we were focused on prioritizing hours and costs rather than addressing our quality concerns. This misalignment ultimately led to a disappointing outcome, prompting us to terminate the project prematurely. Despite our dissatisfaction, we paid JP $5,400 for 56.5 hours and cut our losses on an unfinished project. While Joe, the worker assigned to our project, maintained professionalism and a courteous attitude throughout, the overall experience fell short of our expectations. While we appreciate JP's attempt to communicate with us afterward, it unfortunately came too late to restore our confidence.This experience has taught us valuable lessons about ensuring alignment and fit with a contractor's approach, and we'll apply these insights to future projects."

"Joe and his team did a fantastic job with our roof on our home and garage and did so on time and within our budget. Joe also completed some siding work that was in need of repair and went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. "I rank Landson Construction #1 in the list of contractors we have hired in our 40 years of home ownership. Ari and his team of subcontractors recently completed a challenging remodel of one of our bathrooms--challenging because it is a very small area with limited space. Their finished job looks better than our separate remodel of a larger bathroom completed by one of the big firms that advertises daily on television. Examples: the tile work in our small shower is exceptional, and the vanity/oversized sink is a perfect match that does not dominate the small room. Ari Erickson (no relation to me) offered selections from his preferred vendors, but we had full latitude to shop on our own for all tile and fixtures. He and his subcontractors kept us fully apprised at all stages of the project, arrived promptly throughout the course of the work, responded promptly to our texts and emails, and cleaned up their work area at the end of each day. My highest recommendation: I always seek at least four bids for a major project, but I would forego that process and hire Landson Construction again for future building/remodeling projects, and would encourage friends and family to do the same."

"Anthony was on top of the entire project and kept us informed of the entire process. Anthony called ahead to inform us when the dumpster and materials would be delivered a couple of days before the job was supposed to start and when his crew found that the decking on my house needed to be replaced, Anthony contacted our insurance company and got it replaced without any extra work on our part. Anthony's crew replaced the entire roof and four skylights in less than two days. Anthony even came to our house on three separate occasions to run a magnet over our landscape to make sure there were no nails or material left behind that could cause a problem down the road. Would gladly recommend Anthony to all our friends."
