Pheasant Run Construction

We hired Pheasant Run for a full bathroom remodel. The job also entailed moving one of the bathroom walls into a linen closet. That required the closet door to be shifted about 6 inches along the hallway. The carpentry work they did was excellent and the newer door and trim in the hallway blends seamlessly with the rest of the home. They also replaced the bathroom window during this remodel. New tile (for the bathroom--on the walls and floor), new tub/shower, toilet, sink, countertop, faucet, bath accessories, etc., along with custom cabinetry were installed. Carpentry repair work was done on closet wood floor which included staining and finishing. Pheasant Run Construction left our home in excellent condition with a gorgeous new bathroom and linen closet. We are impressed with, and appreciative of, the quality of their work. They choose excellent sub-contractors, where appropriate, and they worked well with them. They were efficient with their time and they kept within the budget of the contract. They were responsive to any of our concerns and were good at communicating. We highly recommend them and are proud to show off their work. The remodel has made our home so much more pleasurable and functional.
